Grieving is a powerful and deeply personal experience. Some of us move along with the healing process, while others feel stuck.
What seems to make a difference for all is whether the grieving is done in secret and isolation, or is brought out into the light of day and given the opportunity to be witnessed.
Not everyone wants to see our grief and pain. You get to decide who accompanies you on your healing journey.
As an energy medicine practitioner, working with grief is something I was led to through my personal life experiences. The more loss I experienced, the more compassion I felt for others who "walk in my shoes" and seek help.
My approach is holistic and is based on several decades of working on myself, as well as continuous education in the integrative wellness industry. In my work with clients, I combine the knowledge and skills acquired in my energy medicine and holistic health counseling training.
Wherever you find yourself on your grieving journey, please know that you are not alone. You can feel better. And it will be my honor to accompany you if you so choose.
